Full Stack Engineer - Remote
We’re seeking a US-based, Remote Full Stack Engineer to help drive technical excellence and innovation across our platform, with a particular focus on leveraging AI to transform how global talent connects with opportunities. You’ll work on complex technical challenges that span our entire platform, from AI-powered matching algorithms to scalable marketplace infrastructure.

System Design & Implementation

Architect and build scalable systems that handle complex matching algorithms and marketplace dynamics.

Cross-functional Impact

Qualifications:

5+ years of professional software engineering experience.

3+ years of technical leadership experience driving complex projects.

Experience building and scaling marketplace platforms or similar complex systems.

A track record of making significant technical decisions that impacted product direction.
