Senior Software Engineer
Our client is seeking a US-based, Remote Sr. Software Engineer to help drive technical excellence and innovation across our platform, with a particular focus on leveraging AI to transform how global talent connects with opportunities. You’ll work on complex technical challenges that span our entire platform, from AI-powered matching algorithms to scalable marketplace infrastructure.

Technical Leadership

System Design & Implementation

Cross-functional Impact

Qualifications:

10+ years of professional software engineering experience.

7+ years of technical leadership experience driving complex projects.

Strong background in distributed systems and scalable architectures.

Experience building and scaling marketplace platforms or similar complex systems.

A track record of making significant technical decisions that impacted product direction.

Experience mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence.
